Ms. Colums first year science class visited Ballinamore Community Polytunnel as part of their ecology in science, green school programme and wellbeing in science. Students were active walking to the Community Polytunnel and while they were there they were responsible, connected, aware while learning about growing plants in polytunnels and outside the polytunnel.
5th year agricultural science students also visited the Community Polytunnel to learn about sustainability, growing fruit, veg and flowers. This trip was active and include our wellbeing indicators of responsible, active, connected respected and aware.
