A huge thank you to the facilitators from Narrative 4 Ireland who joined our cross-border youth programme students yesterday for a story exchange in Ballinamore.
Students described the workshop as ‘interesting’, ‘eye-opening’ and ‘inspiring’.
Pupils from our participating schools – Enniskillen Royal Grammar School in Fermanagh & Ballinamore Community School in Leitrim – worked in pairs to share a story about their lives, before sharing their partner’s story with the group. Story exchanges are a fantastic way to build empathy and understanding, a key aim of our project here.
