Ms Colum brought the TY class to Ballinamore Community Garden. Kay Maguire and Eamon Smith showed the students the polytunnels. Students got to look at plants such as nasturtiums, strawberry plants, borage, kale among many other plants. Companion planting is carried out at the garden and students saw many examples of companion planting.
