garden up at the Vocational school. Students harvested potatoes, cabbage, beetroot, lettuce, onions, nasturitums and
a variety of herbs that were growing in the polytunnel. The cabbage, lettuce, beetroot and herbs won prizes at the show
in Jamestown and in Ballinamore. Ms. Cooneys home economics class will cook off the produce on Wednesday 11th September
and students can sample the lovely fresh garden produce.
