On Thursday 30th January the TY Home Economics class did a pizza making workshop. First they learnt how to make their own pizza dough base using yeast, made a healthy tomato and basil sauce for the base and each group made their own pizza’s using their favourite toppings.

Congratulations to our under 16 girls who beat St. Marys Ballina in the Connacht semi final today in Bekan, Ballyhaunis. We now play the Sacred Heart Westport in the final, probably on Friday 31st January. Venue and time TBC.
