Home Economics students are busy preparing entry dishes for a cookery comp where they recreate their favourite take away dish to make it healthier i.e. low fat, more vegetables, high fibre. If successful they could be in with the chance of winning an Ipad and a class trip to Neven Maguire’s new cookery school for a day. Here are some of the students entries-
