Through regular reflection, analysis and feedback, the SSE process ensures that the school continuously adapts and implements effective strategies to enhance the student outcomes. SSE allows us to look at where we, as a school are doing well, identify areas for improvement, set targets for improvement and monitor and evaluate how successfully we achieve our targets.
