The School Self-Evaluation (SSE) process at Ballinamore Community School is a structured approach to assessing and improving the quality of teaching and learning. It involves gathering data from various stakeholders, including students, teachers and parents, to identify strengths and areas for development.
Through regular reflection, analysis and feedback, the SSE process ensures that the school continuously adapts and implements effective strategies to enhance the student outcomes. This collaborative process plays a crucial role in shaping the School Improvement Plan (SIP), guiding actions that align with the schools vision for excellence in education.
SSE allows us to look at where we, as a school are doing well, identify areas for improvement, set targets for improvement and monitor and evaluate how successfully we achieve our targets.
