The first years and their mentors competed as teams in an afternoon of sports on Wednesday 18th of May. The team who won gold were Claire Smyth, Emily Morgan and Hannah Banks. Silver medals went to Lily Beirne, Senan Harte, Rachel Flynn and Doireann McManus. Finally, bronze medals were awarded to Cailum Canning, Sadhbh Corrigan, Ruth Creamer, Niall Gallagher and Eoghan Baxter. A great afternoon was enjoyed by all. Many thanks to all the fifth year mentors who have given their time and energy to helping the first year students settle into their new school environment.
