We were delighted to welcome back past student Adrian Martin who gave a cookery demonstration to students and teachers as part of a home economics promo. Adrian is the ambassador for The Craft Butchers Association of Ireland and has regular slots on TV3’s Late Lunch Live & RTE’s Today Show amongst other appearances. Adrian gave great tips about getting the best value when buying meat and cooked a delicious chicken curry with ‘courgette’ spaghetti and some beef tacos with salsa. The food looked amazing and was of course devoured once the tastings began.
