On Tuesday 23rd October 2012 as part of the TY Home Economics course the transition year students completed a pizza making workshop using their own fresh yeast pizza dough and homemade tomato sauce. Students thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and it also linked in with their school tour to Italy!
