Congratulations to 2nd year students Aoife Curran, Hannah Banks & Shaneen McGovern and 5th Yr student Ciara Bohan who entered the Home Cook Baking Games Competition before Christmas. Over 1000 entries were received and Easy Food Magazine then chose the top 65 entries for a cook book that will be published and on sale in the Spring. The four students from Ballinamore PPS have made it into the cookery book and are now onto the next stage of the competition. The girls would really appreciate your support in the voting process. Choose your favourite recipe from the links beside their name (you only have one vote) and place your vote. The top 8 will then go through to the final cook off at the Baking Academy in Dublin in March. Closing date for voting is end of February so lets get voting and support the students from our school. They are competing against schools with larger student votes so please spread the word to your family & friends to boost votes for our students.
