Ms Cooney’s 5th yrs made lemon meringue pie as part of their LC coursework cookery tasks. A technical challenge where students made their own pastry, baked it blind, made a lemon curd filling and a meringue topping. A busy class with lots of skills resulting in delicious desserts enjoyed by all.
