Dear Parent / Guardian,
Your son’s/daughter’s Parent Teacher meeting is due to be held on Tuesday March 15th between 4:00pm and 6:30pm.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will be hosting this meeting online using GOOGLE MEET Please complete the following steps in advance of the meeting.
Step 1: Log On to the Parent Teacher Meeting Organiser webpage.

Step 2: Register to attend the online Parent Teacher Meeting
Enter the school roll number 91519H followed by your son/daughter’s Student VS Ware ID. Both were given on a label to your child at school. You can also access your child’s VS Ware ID by logging into VS Ware https://ballinamorecs.app.vsware.ie/ and clicking on Personal Information, under School Tab
Step 3: Enter the Preferences for the teachers you wish to meet online in order of Preference 1-9 or 1-10 if you wish to speak with the AED Coordinator..
Step 4: Save Preferences Click either “Please save My Preferences” or “I am unable to attend the meeting”
The closing date for indicating your preferences is 11am on Friday, 11th March.
