Our Senior Boys have got off to a great start in the Senior C Connacht Championship this year. They had to play two group games, winning both and have now qualified for the knock-out stages to be played after Christmas.
The first game was an away game against Coola and came away with a hard fought victory on a scoreline of 4-10 to 3-9.
The second was a local derby against St Claires Manorhamilton in Aughnasheelin. With the team losing by 2 points at half-time, they put in a hard working and clinical performance in the second half to win on a score of 2-11 to 3-5. Well done lads and coach Mr Nolan.
