Congratulations to Edel Shanley in 6th Year who has been selected to play for Connacht PPS team in 2020. This is a wonderful achievement and is a just reward for her dedication, hard work and her outstanding football ability. Edel has represented her school, Ballinamore CS with distinction in her 6 years. She follows in the footsteps of her cousin Eimhin who was captain of the Connacht team in 2018 and indeed two other past pupils, namely Laura O’ Dowd in 2011 and Katie Mc Nulty in 2019.
