Over the last few weeks the Transition Year students participated in a Driver Safety Awareness module. This module included:
• Introduction to driver safety focusing on safe driving, car/driver safety.
• Rules of the road.
• The impact of alcohol on drivers.
• Garda Keane from Carrick on Shannon presenting a workshop on safe driving
• Theory test
• Driving lessons
• Car maintenance
